We can’t wait to share who’s behind our opening exhibition in 2027.

Kunsthal Spritten’s exhibition programme follows a simple principle: one exhibition — one year. Each year, we present a single major exhibition integrated into the great boiler hall and throughout the building. Over the year, various facets of the exhibition will be activated through an accompanying programme of events, including performances, guided tours and talks. 

While the main bulk of our programme is set in Kunsthal Spritten’s spaces at the former distillery, parts of it will also unfold in the public realm outside the kunsthal. At Kunsthal Spritten, we aim to promote art’s presence and relevance in everyday life. We believe contemporary art has great potential for effecting change and shifting perspectives, especially when it appears in people’s day-to-day lives: in welfare institutions, public spaces and collaborations beyond the arts.
