Kunsthal Spritten is located in Aalborg’s historic spirits factory right on the waterfront, making it easy to reach on foot or by bike from the city centre. There are excellent public transport connections, too, with trains and several bus routes stopping nearby. Coming by car? You’ll find parking options around the kunsthal.
How do I get there?
From central Aalborg, Kunsthal Spritten is an easy walk or cycle away. If you’re arriving along the waterfront, just look for our tall chimney. You can also reach us via the Kulturbroen bridge from the Nørresundby side.
You can take the bus to the stop at Aalborg Vestby Station (Kastetvej / Aalborg Vestby St), which has art credentials too: it is decorated by the artist duo Bank&Rau. From there, it’s a short walk to Kunsthal Spritten.
Intercity and regional trains stop at Aalborg Vestby Station (ICL 4050, ICL 4035, RE 75, RE 76 and RE 69). From the station, Kunsthal Spritten is just a few minutes away on foot.
There is paid parking near Kunsthal Spritten. We recommend using the nearby car parks; several are just a few minutes’ walk from the kunsthal.
Accessible parking: dedicated bays are located right by the kunsthal at Akvavitvej 123.
Flying via Aalborg Airport (AAL). There are direct train and bus connections to Aalborg Vestby Station. From there, it’s only a short walk to Kunsthal Spritten. Of course, you can also take a taxi straight to our door.
